So after I left the library for the "fire alarm" I saw this girl that volunteered at my clinic last summer...ANyway, she is part of the Learning Commons (student help centre in the library) and they were all told that there was a bomb threat to the library today and that is way they were having a fir drill- to make sure that noone was in the libs...which would also explain why they would tell us to make sure we take all our bags with us....since they would probably be looking for suspicious bags left there....ANyway, this place is crawling with cops and firemen (Ooooh! haha) so something is up but they are letting ppl back in so I'm sure they think its safe....but what the hell?! What a stupid prank to pull if it is one, and inconveniencing everyone on the busiest study week of the semester....

Michelle xoxox

So I'm still in the library and this guy just came around telling everyone that there will be a fire alarm at 11:45 and it it will be at least an hour long and we are to take our belongings with us when we evacuate...So coming here at 8am to save a good seat for myself since I will be studying here all day was useless and a waste of energy! Arghh!

Michelle
xoxox

P.S. I forgot to write in my last post that I am super excited because I just bought a brand new ipod case on ebay.
OMG! I just found out the funniest thing happened...My nice roommate Aron (the hot, varsity B-ball player ;)) messaged me from downstairs (lol) to say that he thought that our roommates might have put vinegar in his juice because "it tastes NASSSSSSSSTY!!" and it didn't yesterday. Anyway, I'm up in my room procrastinating and the two bitches are on the couch downstairs watching ANTM when Aron comes up with his juice and starts making dinner and casually asks them if either of them put vinegar in his juice as a joke or something... They laugh and pull the "what? someone put WHAT in your juice? WHY would anyone DO that?" innocent crap. And Biz goes "oh, isn't that michelle lee's juice?" SO WTF?!?! They THOUGHT it was mine so they would put vinegar in it....so now i know that Biz is just as immature as Michelle is...BAH! And Aron asks them if there are problems in the house that he should know about and they are rude, saying if he hasn't noticed that there were problems in the house by now then he obviously doesn't pay attention to his surroundings...:| Anyway, then Michelle explains that, yes, her note that she left today sounds angry put that is just how she feels and she can't afford to feed everyone, blah, blah, blah...and Aron replies yes, but grownups have better ways of handling things like that and one of the ways does not include writing an angry note for your fellow housemates to find without an explanation....LOL. GO ARON! Then they go back to tv and he goes back to dinner...and Aron comes back and tells me everything through msn...haha funny stuff

Does anyone else have an immature, selfish human being living with them? Does anyone's roommate leave accusatory, rude notes around the house for you to read?

My bitchy roommate Michelle keeps leaving rude post-its around the house for me to read...So far, all of them have had no meaning because she has been accusing me (or my other roommate Aron) of things that have either not happened at all or that someone else did but has blamed me….I was thinking I would say to her the next time I see her that "By the way, the next time you go to leave a snotty little post-it, you might want to check your facts" or something along those lines...BUT, if I "strike back" at her, it lets her know that she got to me and made me angry which was exactly what she wanted to happen and Biz would most likely treat me like crap again... The post-it she left on Monday was on her dress from the CR ball ("conveniently" hanging on the linen closet so that whenever I go to get a towel, it gets knocked onto the floor and I have to pick it up)...The one that Aron and I found today was taped to my dining room cabinet (which will probably leave a nice sticky mark on the glass...gah) accusing of someone of stealing alcohol from her...The note said, "DON'T drink my fucking alcohol! Whoever has been helping themselves to MY Hpnotiq owes me $2.50 a shot. It's not cheap shit." Hahaha Aron and I had a great laugh about this since I hardly drink and if I do its the vodka-cran I have in my bedroom and Aron definitely wouldn't drink a chick drink like hypnotiq...lol And Aron's gf Petra was over and was like, "Oh my God, someone needs a brain!" lol Oh the craziness of paranoia!

P.S. I tried to add an image and it wouldn't let me...what the hell

Ewww ok so today I went to the bathroom in between classes at school and I'm drying my hands and there's this huge orange notice from student health service about a CHLAMYDIA outbreak on campus and how students are advised to AVOID ALL ON-CAMPUS PUBLIC BATHROOMS! OK WTF! Is Guelph the most dirty campus on earth or what? I'd rather have that viral G.I. shit that was going around last month than have chlamydia...gross.

Side note: Way to go, Johanis! :P lol just kidding! :)

Dad had an accident yesterday. He was at work cutting the paper insert liners for the new kitchen drawers and cut the tip of his left index finger off with his X-acto knife. Apparently, Uncle Al drove him to the hospital where he stayed for four hours…partly due to the fact hat the doctors couldn’t stop the bleeding immediately because of Dad’s very rare A- blood type. Meanwhile, mom called the store on her lunch (she was working 10:30 to 7) at probably 3pm and asked to speak to Dad because she was going to cut the liners for him. I guess she talked to Morro who said Dad was “out.” So she called back a little while later and they told her that he went out again. I have no idea why Uncle Al and Morro wouldn’t tell Mom the truth, especially considering Dad is a bleeder and who knows what could have happened at the hospital. Maybe Dad told them not to tell her or they didn’t because they didn’t want her to get stressed or worry. Anyway, Mom didn’t know.

Apparently, Uncle Al drove Dad back to the store because Dad insisted he would drive the truck home from work and didn’t want to leave it in the underground parking garage. This I can believe because Dad is really stubborn and Uncle Al is pretty wimpy and probably wouldn’t put up much of a fight. So Dad drove home and on the way he started to think about his finger and he passed out and drove off the road into some newspaper stands on Speers Road. This scared the crap out of me because Speers is a busy street and the speed limit is 60 km/h. He could have killed himself, run into a pedestrian, a bicycle, another car, a building, etc… The moment I heard this, I was completely enrage with my uncle for not standing up for himself and potentially killing his only brother and widowing and orphaning his sister-in-law and nieces. The police and ambulance came and didn’t charge him with reckless driving because he was medically ill. Haha, apparently the truck is full of copies of the Toronto Star. He estimates the damage to the truck as $4000 or $2000 to fix himself and says he doesn’t want to claim it on insurance because the rates will go up and he would rather fix it himself.

So he called my sister I guess, who had my mom’s car for the day and she picked him up and took him home where he decides to do some more work on the kitchen because when my mom came home, there were some of his power tools lying out on the front porch. So when my mom gets home from work at 7, she hears the story about the finger but they don’t tell her about the accident or the truck until two hours later!!! My dad didn’t want to tell his brother about the accident because he didn’t want him to think it was his fault. According to my dad, he was feeling completely fine driving home until he started thinking about it. Anyway, as for the finger, no one knows how bad it is because every time someone asks Dad a question about it, he turns completely white, and starts feeling faint…Haha!

Wow….so there’s my story on my Dad’s cut off finger! Crazy, eh?

Why is it that whenever I come home, my family and I get along for about 24 hours before the shit hits the fan and all hell breaks loose? Honestly, I love my family but sometimes I'm not sure if they love me...I mean obviously they do, but why the hell does it have to be so hard? If it wasn't that I missed my dogs so much and my roommates in Guelph are bitches, I probably wouldn't come home.

I kinda like this live journal thing....It's fun to stay in the loop with friends and such but I feel like its bullshit. What I mean is that you would only ever post entries on here that you would want people to know...noone would write their "deepest, darkest secrets" like you would in a real journal...Meh, whatever, at least it is a way for me to do some serious venting without having to trouble anyone too much to listen to me.

I'm planning to be at the Oakville library quite a bit this week....It keeps me out of the hosue and I have to study cell bio (last chance!)...Looking forward to the weekend though...even though I don't gamble, don't know how to play anything and have no money! :P It should be fun though....

I still haven't figured out how to change my profile that Michelle set up for me...Hehe I really don't like the smell of road kill! Hahaha.

Arghhhh....Since I'm grumpy I might as well study...

Michelle
